Refund policy

Every print is made to order and checked before it ships. If something is not right, we put it right.

You can withdraw from your order within the 14-day cooling-off period using our "Withdraw from contract here" function, available in the footer of every page and on the Right of Withdrawal page.

Damaged or faulty on arrival

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email shop@wildcabinet.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the print and packaging. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You will not be asked to pay for return shipping on a damaged or faulty print.

Changed your mind (EU/EEA consumers)

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for any reason – see the Right of Withdrawal page. The print should come back in its original, unused condition; you cover the return postage.

Changed your mind (customers outside the EU)

You are not covered by the EU withdrawal right, but we still want you happy. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will agree a return or exchange of an unused print in original condition; return postage is yours.

How refunds are made

Refunds go back to your original payment method. We process them within 7 business days of approving the return or receiving the print back, and in any case within the 14 days required by EU law.

What we cannot accept

Prints that have been framed, mounted, trimmed, written on, or otherwise altered or damaged after delivery cannot be returned, except where the print was faulty to begin with.
