Free worldwide shipping

Shipping is free on every order, everywhere we ship. No delivery fee is ever added at checkout.

Made to order

Each print is produced to order by our fulfilment partner, Prodigi, on Hahnemühle German Etching, and shipped from the lab nearest you where possible. That means a short production step before dispatch. If your order has more than one print, they may be made at different labs and arrive in more than one parcel, sometimes a day or two apart.

Times

Each print is usually made and dispatched within 1–2 business days, then delivered within roughly 1–6 working days, depending on where you are. These are estimates, not guarantees; busy periods or distant destinations can add a little time.

How prints are packed

Smaller prints ship flat in rigid board-backed mailers. Larger prints ship rolled in sturdy cardboard tubes. Everything is packed to arrive safely and ready to live with.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation when your order ships, with tracking where the carrier provides it.

If your order is delayed or doesn't arrive

If your tracking stops updating, your order is well past its estimate, or it never turns up, email shop@wildcabinet.com with your order number. Until a print is in your hands it remains our responsibility, so we will trace it and, if it is lost in transit, reship or refund it. You will never be left out of pocket for a parcel that went missing on the way to you.

Customs and import taxes

Orders are produced locally where possible, so most customers pay no import charges. Where an order does cross a border, any import duties or taxes are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility. Customers in Switzerland may be charged Swiss import VAT and a customs-clearance fee on parcels above the duty-free threshold.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email shop@wildcabinet.com straight away – if your order has not yet gone into production we can usually correct it. Once a print has been dispatched, we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
