Terms of service
These terms govern your use of www.wildcabinet.com and any purchase you make. The shop is operated by Léna Ruisz, trading as Wildcabinet, Basel, Switzerland (see the Imprint). By placing an order you accept these terms.
What we sell
Open-edition giclée fine art prints reproduced from original watercolours by Léna Ruisz, printed to order on Hahnemühle German Etching 310gsm with archival pigment inks. Prints are sold unframed unless a listing states otherwise. Any frame, mount, or prop shown in a product image is there to show scale and setting and is not included.
Ordering
Adding an item to your cart is not a binding order. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or a price was clearly wrong), in which case we refund any payment in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Euros (EUR) and include any applicable taxes shown at checkout. Shipping is free. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments or PayPal.
Production and delivery
Each print is made to order by our fulfilment partner, Prodigi, and shipped from the lab nearest your destination where possible. Production and delivery times are set out on the Shipping & Delivery page. These are estimates and not guaranteed dates.
Cancellation, returns and faults
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA you have a 14-day right of withdrawal – see the Right of Withdrawal page. All customers are covered by our Returns & Exchanges policy, including free replacement or refund of any print that arrives damaged or faulty. Your mandatory statutory rights are not affected by anything in these terms.
Copyright
All artwork and content remain the property of Léna Ruisz. Your purchase is for personal display only and grants no right to reproduce, resell as a reproduction, or commercially exploit the image.
Liability
We provide the shop and our prints with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law, with the place of jurisdiction being Basel, Switzerland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer-law provisions of the country where you live.
